About the Role
Arcare is looking for a Client Service Manager to liaise with potential clients and families, attending to enquiries, conducting tours, explaining the costs associated with entry to aged care and generally ensuring clients enjoy a welcoming experience and a comfortable transition in to the residence. In addition, the Client Service Manager is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the Regional Client Service Manager.
