Arcare is seeking compassionate and experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join the team!

About the role                           
We are looking for an EEN who is flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious (and who have one worth sharing).

As an EEN, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to our Clients and their representatives in accordance with Arcare’s values.

Skills & Experience

• Current AHPRA registration
• Expertise in medication administration and wound care
• Successful applicants must have a minimum Cert IV in Nursing 
• Previous experience in working in aged care
• Display a relationship centered approach to care
• Possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Integrity, reliable, professional, honest and strong work ethic
• A natural ability in being thorough with effective record keeping skills
• Understanding and ability to provide five-star customer service  
• Ability to work autonomously
• COVID-19 Vaccination Record (From 17 September 2021, COVID-19 vaccination will be mandatory for all residential aged care workers. Residential aged care workers will be required to have received a minimum first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by this time).
