About the Role
The Group Manager - People and Culture is responsible for providing high level professional support and advice to the CEO, the Executive and other Senior Managers on all Human Resources Management functions. You will be an active member of the Executive team responsible for the implementation of strategic objectives and priorities determined by the Board and CEO, and will contribute to the overall direction, leadership and management of the organisation.
With a whole of business and commercial mindset, you will bring a contemporary, inclusive and growth-oriented approach that engages all stakeholders. A highly accomplished change leader, you are respectful of and sensitive to the needs of others and promote a workplace culture consistent with Arcare’s values, senses framework, relationship-focused approach and policies.
