About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner works as part of a team responsible for timely and accurate delivery of human resources services to Arcare Residences and employees across the employee lifecycle. You will create and manage positive professional relationships with Arcare Managers and the executive management team, providing leadership and operational expertise and guidance on all human resource management related matters, to support the HR strategy of Arcare Queensland. The Human Resources Business Partner will be required to travel to the various residences across Queensland when required.
