Human Resources Recruitment Administrator
Arcare is now looking for an HR Recruitment Administrator to assist our HR Team in New South Wales. You will primarily be assisting in recruitment, record maintenance, compliance and administration duties.

About the Role
The Human Resources Recruitment Administrator is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of recruitment and HR Administration services to Arcare residences and employee members. Providing high level professional support to the HR Team, the Human Resources Recruitment Administrator is the ‘key point of contact’ for candidates in regards to employment opportunities at Arcare. In addition, the Human Resources Recruitment Administrator contributes to the recruitment program and appointment of employees assisting with the end to end recruitment; sourcing, screening and submitting resumes, interview process, selection, reference, qualification and police checks, preparing employment packs, ordering and distribution of uniforms and identification badges etc in addition to assisting with answering general enquires and record maintenance. The Position will be base at Arcare Oatlands and will require travel to other Arcare residences in NSW when required.
