About the Role

The People and Culture Graduate position is the perfect way to kick start your career.  You will experience recruitment and operational processes first hand supporting our People and Culture Team.  Working between Arcare Portarlington and Port Lonsdale, you will be partner with the Residential teams in sourcing candidates for open positions, screening, interviewing and onboarding recruits,  along with other administrative tasks.  

Skills and Experience

• Theory in HR qualification
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Sound organisation and computer skills
• Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
