We are currently looking for Personal Support Workers in Bribie Island, Caboolture, Kallangur, North Lakes and Redcliffe to assist our clients with:
- Provide social and personal support
- Domestic duties
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Provide transport and accompany client within the community, and to appointments
About You
If you are a Personal Support Worker with previous experience in the Aged or Disability Sector, this role is for you! We are looking for Personal Support Workers to help support our clients with their day-to-day activities, and to support them in their community: If you are dedicated to supporting people, and would like to make a difference to our clients, we would like to hear from you!
BodeWell Benefits
- $28.99 per hour + Super + Shift Loading (where applicable) (includes casual loading)
- Loading paid for one and two broken shifts and a maximum of two broken shifts in a 24 hour period
- Paid kilometre and travel allowance + Paid monthly data allowance
- Paid training and quarterly team meetings

- Minimum paid shift length is 2 hours
- Personal leadership and support including Rostering support

About the Role
To provide culturally appropriate support to people who are aged, people living with disability and their carers, through provision of supports as detailed in the client “Support Plan” and “Task List”. To promote and maintain client’s independence, respect their dignity, choice, control and privacy. To develop and maintain a safe and professional relationship with clients while understanding and being respectful of their individuality and diversity.
To be successful for this role:
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability Care
- Hold a valid Driver’s Licence
- Have a reliable and registered vehicle and comprehensive insurance
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Manual Handling Certificate (will need to obtain while in the screening process)
- Be reliable and available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (can obtain during screening process)
- Hold a Working with Children’s Check (can obtain during screening process)
- Must be willing and able to travel 30-35 min to and from client’s homes
- Provide proof of relevant vaccinations (Covid/Flu)
