About the Role
Exciting opportunities exists for experienced Registered Nurses to join the Arcare Carngie Team!
You will be responsible for providing quality personal, social, and emotional support to the Clients and their representatives in accordance with Arcare’s values.
We are looking for Registered Nurses who are flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious (and who have one worth sharing).
Reporting to the Residence Manager, you will be leading a highly motivated team.
You will oversee comprehensive care in accordance with the individual needs of the residents, implement and evaluate their care plans, maximize ACFI and ensure compliance to the Aged Care Legislation & Accreditation Standards.
