About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Residence & Commissioning Manager is to oversee the successful commissioning of Arcare Belmont, an 80-bed residence spread across two communities that is due to open in January 2023. Working alongside operational, development, HR and marketing colleagues the post holder will co-ordinate pre-opening and post-opening activities. After successful competition of commissioning, the Residence & Commissioning manager will also be required to act as the Residence Manager providing leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements as guided by Arcare.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous Management experience in Aged Care or Health Services Sector
  • Previous commissioning experience (desirable)
  • Registered Nurse Division One
  • Demonstrate financial accountability
  • Good communicator, authentic and passionate
  • Ability to respect the role and contribution of others in your team
  • Provide leadership, encourage and promote relationship building
  • Oversee quality care and promote effective business acumen skills
  • Computer literate
  • Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
  • New South Wales Drivers Licence
