About the opportunity: The Roster Coordinator provides strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business, and its employees on staff management – orientation, management of staff education and rostering. The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with fellow staff to achieve beneficial outcomes.
• Pragmatic and logical in approach.
• Ability to understand financial management process (ordering, reconciliation, reporting).
• Proven ability to manage & successfully deliver projects on time and on budget

Desirable:

• Experience in managing rostering & staff allocations.
• Human Resource Management qualification
• Operational experience
