Arcare is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and considerate team members to join our Team of Personal Support Workers. A unique opportunity is available to you through our Traineeship enabling you to achieve a minimum qualification in Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent.
About the opportunity
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents and their representatives in accordance with Arcare‘s Value.
We are seeking applicants who are flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. People with compassion and empathy, who understand that attitudes are contagious (and who have one worth sharing).
You will liaise with clients, families and medical professionals, and are encouraged to initiate and participate in innovative projects.
