I believe my role is very rewarding and challenges me in the best way.

It’s a great opportunity to help and support the elderly community while working in a rewarding field.

What are your favourite stories of working at your residence / with your team / with a client?

It’s always rewarding when I receive feedback from residents, I always take positive feedback as my strengths and negative feedback as my challenges. Working with my dedicated team members and residents are some of my favourite parts of my job.
