Tell stories that matter.

At Arcare, we believe the quality of care starts with the quality of relationships. Every resident has a life worth celebrating and we're looking for a creative producer who knows how to bring those stories to life.

As our Brand & Campaign Content Producer, you'll be the driving force behind the visual identity of one of Australia's most respected aged care providers. From concept to delivery, you'll lead integrated content campaigns across photography, videography, motion graphics, and graphic design.

What you'll do

You'll develop campaign concepts alongside the Visual Producer Lead, getting on-site at Arcare residences to capture authentic resident and team stories, and delivering polished assets across digital, social, print, and OOH channels. You'll manage production schedules, coordinate agency and stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the evolution of Arcare's visual brand.

This isn't a desk-only role. It's hands-on, varied, and deeply meaningful.

This is a hybrid 4 or 5 day/week role (your preference) requiring regular travel to Arcare Qld residences, a driver's licence, and an NDIS clearance for working in aged care.

The role requires a hands-on technical skill set (Adobe Creative Suite + DaVinci Resolve are mandatory) as well as the strategic and interpersonal ability to lead shoots, liaise with agencies, and collaborate with the wider team.

What you bring

  • A strong portfolio spanning photography, videography, and graphic design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve (both essential)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign production from brief to delivery
  • A natural storyteller with high creative and visual literacy
  • Collaborative energy- you thrive in a team environment and can lead a shoot with confidence
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to obtain a current Police Check clearance for working in aged care

Why Arcare

We're not a typical corporate marketing team. Our work exists in the real world- it connects families, celebrates communities, and gives voice to the people at the heart of aged care. You'll work with a purpose-driven team that values creativity, initiative, and genuine human connection.

If you're ready to use your craft for something that truly counts, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and tell us about the work you're most proud of.

Applicants must have Australian Working Rights and hold (or be willing to obtain) a NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Arcare is proud to celebrate diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
