We are now seeking a Chief People Officer to join our Executive Team and lead a future-focused, values-driven People and Culture strategy. In this critical role, you will directly influence the wellbeing and connectedness of the people who live and work within Arcare’s residences.

As Chief People Officer, you will provide strategic counsel to the CEO and Executive, lead a high-performing People & Culture team, and champion initiatives that bring our values and relationship-centred philosophy to life. You will drive cultural alignment, enable business growth, build leadership capability, and create an environment where people can thrive.
