Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide friendly, attentive service to residents, staff, and visitors

• Greet customers, take orders, and manage transactions professionally

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and simple snacks/light meals

Menu Management

• Assist in reviewing and updating the café menu with consideration for dietary needs and resident preferences

Cash Handling

• Process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securely

Stock Management

• Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory and reorder as needed

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe café environment

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Skills & Experience

• Food Handlers Certificate

• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn

• Strong teamwork skills

• Friendly and effective communication abilities
