About the Role
Ā
We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Clinical Funding Officer to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding.
Ā
Reporting to the National Funding Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Identify opportunities for ANACC uplift and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times
- Funding appraisal and review management
- Complete resident care assessments and care planning for new residents
- Liaison with residents to complete assessments and care plans reflective of care needs. Providing advice to clinical teams and resident management regarding resident care assessments and care planning.
- Provide support at residences for external AN-ACC assessment visits.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- A current AHPRA registration
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-maintained documentation
- Strong understanding of care planning and evaluation
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
