About the role

Arcare Hove is seeking a Contract Hairdresser to assist our residents!

We are looking for a part-time, experienced hairdresser who has a passion and interest in caring for and spending time with aged persons of all abilities. Work with our lovely residents to offer a variety of services. We can offer an ongoing contract to guarantee stability, and your own salon on site. 

• Conduct hair dressing treatments within the Arcare facilities and in clients' rooms, when requested
• Modalities offered include 30-minute treatments and styling.
• Ability to expand services offered based on clients' needs and requests.
• Days and hours of service delivery to be negotiated with Residence Managers

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III in Hairdressing
• Passionate about hair and beauty
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Strong technical skills
• Own products and equipment
• Personal Mobile phone
• Business ABN
• Own professional and personal Accident and Injury Insurance
• Current NDIS card or willingness to obtain one
