About the Opportunity
Arcare is seeking an experienced and strategic National Work Health & Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Work Health & Safety, Early Intervention and Injury Management programs nationally.
Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this senior leadership role will work collaboratively across all levels of the business to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure WHS practices are integrated into core operations. The successful candidate will also lead a small team located across Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales and contribute broadly to the People and Culture function.
