About the Role

As a Wellness Personal Support Worker within the Lifestyle team, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
• Deliver a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences as directed by the Lifestyle Coordinator
• Promote and encourage our clients to actively participate in leisure activities of interest to them

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Cert IV Leisure & Health (Preferred, not essential)
• Experience in conducting Activities in residential Aged Care
• Passion for aged care and helping others
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
