About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Facilitating wellbeing through an individualised lifestyle and wellbeing program
• Support and encourage individual residents to participate in group activities as prepared by the Lifestyle Coordinator.
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Accompany residents on outings, events and community-based activities as required.
• Promote opportunities for social engagement, recreation and community connection.
• Support residents to pursue hobbies, interests, cultural preferences and personal goals

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Passion for aged care and helping others
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
