This position is based in Mollymook, a peaceful seaside town located on the South Coast of New South Wales, near Ulladulla. Mollymook boasts breathtaking coastal views and is approximately 150kms from Wollongong and 230kms from Sydney.

Due to growth we are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist for our Mollymook residence.
Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the well-being, care, and support to residents in accordance with Arcare‘s Values. You will play a crucial role leading a team to maximize positive resident outcomes.
Working as part of the Allied Health team, Physiotherapists play a crucial role in helping maintain the functional independence of our clients through the delivery of evidence based, active interventions. Your primary role is to build open and respectful relationships with our clients and families and to treat every interaction with a client as an opportunity to bring respect, life, and joy to the relationship.
Position Summary
The Physiotherapist is responsible for helping to improve client’s physical, cognitive, and psycho-social functions and to optimize their functional capacity for activities of daily living. Physiotherapists play a crucial role in maximizing residents’ function and quality of life. The Physiotherapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a person-centered, evidence-based, continuous quality improvement work environment that is consistent with the values of Arcare.
