About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator drives all end-to-end recruitment for Core Roles across interstate portfolios, ensuring a best practice process to attract quality talent & facilitate a seamless onboarding journey. The role works closely with Operations to ensure Residence recruitment needs are met, allowing you to use your judgement to produce the required results.

About You
- Ability to prioritise & can work through challenges
- Can proactively review roster gaps, turnover of staff, occupancy levels and leave impacts

Know how to manage and guide stakeholders and thrive on 'busy'
- Welcome changing work environments & travel across sites based on recruitment needs
- Confident sourcing candidates, not just posting an advert
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure compliance
- You're fun; enjoy what you do and can create a positive and fulfilling experience
Essential:
- Demonstrated success in a recruitment or recruitment support role in the aged care, healthcare or relatable field
- Current and valid NDIS check or willing to obtain
- Right to Work – Australian Citizen, Resident or current Visa with no limitations
- Current driver’s license
Desirable:
- Knowledge of PageUp, Chris 21 and Humanforce
- Proficiency in the use of software e.g., Microsoft Office
