Arcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse / Care Supervisor (Level 2) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading aged care providers in a supportive, values-driven environment.
Full-Time (Permanent)
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:06pm or 8:00am – 4:06pm
76 hours per fortnight
Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Cover)
4-month contract commencing mid-February
Minimum $53.87 per hour (above award rates)

As a Registered Nurse / Care Supervisor (Level 2), you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in supporting residents, guiding care staff, and maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
Leading and supervising nursing and care staff
Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans
Ensuring safe and accurate medication administration
Providing effective communication and support to residents’ families and representatives
Responding to emergencies and managing critical incidents professionally and calmly
Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and organisational policies
Current AHPRA registration
Bachelor of Nursing (or higher qualification)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
Grade 5 Registered Nurse
Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
Demonstrated experience using ANNAC
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
High-level documentation skills in care planning and evaluation
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
