Clinical Care: Deliver comprehensive clinical support including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
Wound Management: Provide appropriate wound care, prevent infection, and support healing.
Health Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
Assessment & Documentation: Complete detailed assessments and maintain accurate records using eCase, documenting all changes in health condition.
Pain Management: Implement effective pain management strategies.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies.
End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support to residents and families.
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Level 2)
Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
