Salary Range: $41.77 – $54.26 per hour (QLD)

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver comprehensive clinical support including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.

• Wound Management: Provide appropriate wound care, prevent infection, and support healing.

• Health Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans tailored to residents’ needs.

• Assessment & Documentation: Complete detailed assessments and maintain accurate records using eCase, documenting all changes in health condition.

• Pain Management: Implement effective pain management strategies.

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies.

• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support to residents and families.

Skills & Experience

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Level 2)

• Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

• Adaptable, passionate, and committed to learning

• Collaborative and effective team player

• Friendly, professional communication skills
