Your Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing support, assess health conditions, monitor vital signs and manage medications/treatments.

• Wound Management: Perform wound assessment, dressing, infection prevention and healing support.

• Health Care Planning: Develop and implement personalised care plans based on individual needs.

• Assessment & Documentation: Complete comprehensive health assessments and maintain accurate records on eCase.

• Pain Management: Identify and implement appropriate pain management strategies.

• Emergency Response: Act decisively in medical emergencies and coordinate support as required.

• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care to residents and their families.

Skills & Experience

• Current AHPRA Registration Required

• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

• Adaptable, passionate and committed to continuous learning

• Collaborative with strong teamwork skills

• Friendly, empathetic and effective communicator
