• This role is supporting our Townsville residence and some travel is required to this site from time to time

About the role:

• Experienced Senior Nurse Manager who will also offer relief Management and Clinical Manager roles as required
• Demonstrated experience in project management to ensure optimal performance of existing teams
• Assist Residence Manager and others in preparation for accreditation visits by the quality agency
• The provision of guidance, direction, and clinical support to team members in residential care
• Provide clear communication, and demonstrate strong leaderships skills in order to assist various teams across our residences in the designated Sunshine Coast portfolio
• Display servant leadership, to the internal customers (Residence Manager, team members, clients) as an effective member of the State Operational Management Team. 
• Assist in supporting the direction and oversight of best practice clinical care ensuring Arcare Services are compliant against Commonwealth and State Legislation and the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Essential:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Previous operational and/or clinical management experience in Residential Aged Care Sector
• Current Qld Driver’s License
• Access to a fully maintained comprehensive insured motor vehicle as travel between Services is required
• Successful applicant will be required to be triple COVID Vaccinated as an inherent requirement of the role
• All applicants are required to have an NDIS clearance
• Right to work in Australia
