"Aged care runs in my blood as many of my family members work in aged care. I started at Arcare Taigum as a Personal Support Worker, and now I work as the Lifestyle Assistant. Every day, I get to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, and that’s incredibly rewarding."

Keisha’s day begins around 9 a.m., when she checks in with residents to see who would like to join in on the activities. "We have so many different activities here, and plenty of residents love to participate. It gives them a chance to socialize and keep their minds and bodies active. I enjoy coming to work each day, knowing I can help residents live their best lives with dignity and respect."
