CLINICAL FUNDING OFFICER |ARCARE

  • Location - Based out of Eight Mile Plains and Thornlands
  • Fixed-term contract until 29th January 2027.

 

About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Clinical Funding Officer to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding at Arcare Thornlands and Eight Mile Plains. The Clinical Funding Officer will assist in facilitating AN-ACC assessments, completing resident documentation, identifying opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times.

Skills and Experience

 The successful candidate for this position will be a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse and will have:

  • Demonstrated a high level of clinical assessment skills
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
  • A current AHPRA registration
  • Great documentation practice
  • Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
  • Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current Flu & COVID vaccination is highly encouraged
